My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were very small and had several repair issues, the location was the only positive, with a great distance between the park and charming Sandusky waterfront. The service was nice and friendly, but there were cleanliness issues with the towel and clothing racks falling off. The dining experience was uncomfortable and misleading, but the pool area was well-maintained. The hotel offers value for money considering its proximity to Cedar Point.

Upon arrival, the room smelled like smoke, which surprisingly added to the enjoyable ambiance. However, it was a bit cold initially, and the musty smell lingered. On the bright side, the room was clean, the front desk staff was helpful, and the indoor pool was a nice touch.
